by its\u00a0owners, experimental particle\nphysics researchers by education. I was lucky to become witness for\u00a0part of the early years\u00a0when \u201cFuster2,\u00a0La Torre, Miguel\u201d produced already quite high-quality\u00a0redwine\u00a0\u201cfor fun\u201d, giving the yearly vintages labels like \u201dHiggs\u201d, \u201cTop\u201d, \u201cCharm\u201d or \u201cQuantum\u201d.\u00a0\u00a0Already these were good wines, some vintages (e.g. 2017) \u00a0even excellent\u00a0after 2-3 years of\u00a0storage time. I\u00a0organised several deliveries of\u00a0boxes\u00a0for friends, colleagues and neighbourhood and received only very good comments.\n\nWhen finally, a few years ago, the decision to go professional with\u00a0a\u00a0real\u00a0cellar and a cellar-master\u00a0was made,\u00a0I was very enthusiastic. The\u00a0result, called like the cellar, \u201cQu\u00e0ntic\u00a0de\u00a0Gaianes\u201d holds my expectations. In particular, I like the taste of the Syrah\u2013Tempranillo\u00a0combination. Having\u00a0visited\nthe\u00a0cellar\u00a0several times,\u00a0I\u00a0could try\u00a0different\u00a0mixture variations.\u00a0Taste and colour are refined by adding smaller portions of\u00a0other\u00a0grapes,\u00a0for\u00a0example\nTintorera\u00a0or\u00a0Monastrell. The dark-ruby\u00a0coloured\u00a0wine has notes of dark berries and black cherries.\u00a0It is full-bodied\u00a0containing a good level of alcohol. The\u00a0result, called like the cellar, \u201cQu\u00e0ntic\u00a0de\u00a0Gaianes\u201d holds my expectations. In particular, I like the taste of the Syrah\u2013Tempranillo\u00a0combination. Having\u00a0visited\nthe\u00a0cellar\u00a0several times,\u00a0I\u00a0could try\u00a0different\u00a0mixture variations.\u00a0Taste and colour are refined by adding smaller portions of\u00a0other\u00a0grapes,\u00a0for\u00a0example\nTintorera\u00a0or\u00a0Monastrell. The dark-ruby\u00a0coloured\u00a0wine has notes of dark berries and black cherries.\u00a0It is full-bodied\u00a0containing a good level of alcohol. Again, I organised a larger order for friends and colleagues, who confirm these findings.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Coming to the white wine, I first had to get used to the heavier appearance\u00a0compared to whites\u00a0from Germany and Luxemburg.\u00a0Now, however,\u00a0I appreciate its full body, coming along very well with mediterranean dishes.\u00a0I believe that the Grenache creation\u00a0of the cellar is\u00a0really a lucky strike for white wine flavour enthusiasts.\u00a0As above, the orders\u00a0for friends, neighbours and physics colleagues in Germany\u00a0was very well received and\u00a0all tell me that they appreciate\u00a0the cellar\u2019s\u00a0white\u00a0wine very much.<\/p>\n<\/div>\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<div
